System Login and Membership Activation
The membership activation process is initiated after the original documents reach ENKA Headquarters completely. Following the review and approval of your documents by our relevant departments, you will be contacted again and IBAN information and payment description will be shared.
After your payment is completed, your membership information is created and your membership process is activated with the personal customer representative to be assigned to you.
After your membership is defined, your username and password are sent via SMS to your mobile phone registered in the system. With this information, you can log in to the system and start benefiting from all ENKA services and privileges.
